repair facilities... recognizing outstanding customer service and professionalism in auto repair.
For three years in a row, Superior Auto Service was chosen as a finalist for this national award based on community involvement, service excellence, continuing education, customer service, technician certification and facility appearance.
Hundreds of the nation's best shops apply each year for the CARQUEST Excellence Award. Only ten make the finals. Only one wins.
So, why hasn't Superior Auto Service won the award a second time? This award is a once-in-a-lifetime achievement. Once a shop wins the award they are not eligible to compete again. Superior Auto Service -- National Excellence Award Winner! That's why we're called SUPERIOR!
AAA Top Shop Award:
Each year AAA honors the best AAA Approved Repair Facilities with the AAA Top Shop Award. To receive this award, a shop must have an excellent customer satisfaction rating. Customer satisfaction is measured by a survey done by AAA after a customer's vehicle has been serviced by a AAA Approved Repair Facility. These responses are graded by AAA and the results are continually monitored for continued service excellence. Superior Auto Service has been awarded the AAA Top Shop Award three times and consistently earns an overall annual customer satisfaction evaluation score of 99-100%.
Bryan/College Station Eagle Award:
Readers of the Bryan/College Station Eagle newspaper voted Superior Auto Service their Favorite Auto Repair Shop. This is really an honor to be considered the Brazos Valley's Favorite Auto Repair Shop.
ASE Blue Seal of Excellence:
Superior Auto Service received the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence from the National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). This non-profit organization is the same one that certifies technicians. This program of certifying repair facilities began in 1996 and Superior was one of the first to be certified. Superior Auto Service has received the Blue Seal of Excellence each year since the program began.
