After living here in BCS for 9 years, I've finally found my mechanic! Superior Auto Service does the little things that nobody else is doing, and they make the experience incredibly enjoyable. I honestly don't know where they land on the "budget or expensive" spectrum, but they're so much better than the competition, I don't even care. I'm more than happy to give my business to them in the future, regardless of if it costs me a little more than somewhere else. They do a very thorough diagnostic on your vehicle (for free, I might add), taking pictures along the way. Then, they send you a text/email with a link to the diagnostic. All of the pictures are in there, showing what's functioning properly, what might need attention, and what definitely needs attention immediately. You can then accept or decline the suggested work, and the system will tell you your subtotal before you ever submit. This allows you to customize the work based on your budget, both now and in the future, and prioritize however you want. What a brilliant business model! I can't wait to refer them to everyone I know.
