2 stars because the work they do is fine, but overpriced. For 2015 nissan Altima: Over $100 for an oil change $99 just to remove engine splash guard LMAO.

You have been a dedicated customer since November of 2022, It seems that you have not had an issue with our service and how thorough we have been until recently. We try our best to be as transparent as possible by giving you honest details about what some of these jobs entail, including cost estimates. I do have to pay our mechanics who work on your vehicle in order to do the services that are requested, that's how they feed their families. In order to maintain a trustworthy mechanic shop to help our loyal customers and serve the community, we do have to charge for our time. We realize we are not for everyone, we are saddened to know that you feel this way. Here are some details I would like to discuss that were mentioned in your review. In order to remove the skid plate on your 2015 Nissan Altima, it takes time, labor, and tools in order to take care that for you. Upon that we did end up replacing the skid plate for you, with your approval. Going into details about the oil change your vehicle requires a synthetic 0w-20 oil to ensure proper operation. Which is a premium oil. We do nothing less than what is right for you and your vehicle. We are here to help and educate when it comes to taking care of vehicles. I would love to have a conversation with you regarding your concerns and will be happy to clear up any confusion that may have occurred when visiting our establishment.
