Took in my early 2000s Mini Coopet to get a check up. The team gave me a detailed report on what they recommend and talked me through everything. There was no pressure to get all the work done. They did about half of the items needed and the price frame was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

They gave me a piece-meal estimate of everything I asked for that was necessary to get my car running, exactly as I asked. They also included an FYI estimate for everything else that should be done soon, such as belts, tires, cabin filter, etc.. They did the work flawlessly and put all the valuables into my cup holder that I had forgotten in my door handle. Then they left me a little box of candy and a flashlight. And they got it all done in less than 24 hours. Very satisfied.

Very clear communication on what repairs needed to happen, and exact costs. We were able to talk through decisions before they got to work which gave us peace of mind. Great shop!
