Clay Barnes

Co-owner and Master Tech


Clay Barnes has lived in the B/CS since 1980. Clay is married to Sarah and has 3 sons and 1 daughter. Clay is active in his church and enjoys going camping with his wife.

Jared Jones - Service Manager



Jared is originally from Navasota and made College Station home in 2009 after completing his service in the U.S. Navy. His time in the Navy instilled a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others, qualities he brings to every customer interaction. Jared enjoys assisting people with their vehicles and takes pride in delivering friendly, honest customer service.


Outside of work, you’ll usually find Jared firing up the smoker and competing in BBQ competitions or cooking for friends and family. He also enjoys spending time in the garage working on woodworking projects and tackling any new project his wife sends his way.

Jake Barnes - Service Advisor


Born and raised right here in Bryan, Texas, Jake is proud to carry on a family legacy as a third-generation member of the business. Following in his father, Clay's footsteps, Jake grew up around the shop and developed a strong appreciation for hard work, teamwork, and serving the local community.


Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending his time hunting, fishing, and gaming. He’s a 3D printing enthusiast who loves designing and printing random objects, including toys for friends and family.


During his time in college, Jake combined his love of gaming with competition, playing Esports and competing in two Global Series tournaments.

Dwayne Williams - Technician


Dwayne grew up in Pasadena, but as an Army brat, he moved frequently and learned early on the value of adaptability and hard work.


At 19, he entered the automotive field as a porter, determined to work his way up. Through dedication, hands-on learning, and a strong drive to succeed, Dwayne advanced into a skilled technician role.


Outside of the shop, Dwayne enjoys building miniature engine models, a hobby that reflects his attention to detail and passion for how things work. Most importantly, he values time spent with his family and enjoys making the most of his time away from work.
